National Homebuyers Fund, Inc. Sapphire
Sapphire Grant (visit site) - up to 5%
Borrowers need to have a 620 credit score and can Debt To Income ratios can be as high as 50%!
2017 Income Limits $92,115 - Adams, Arapahoe, Denver, Douglas, Elbert, Jefferson, and
Drawback: interest rate is approximately .75% higher than FHA loan without the grant.
American Dream Down-payment Assistance Initiative (ADDI): The ADDI may provide to as much as $200 million every year in Colorado and nationwide for down-payment assistance. Eligibility is restricted to first-time home buyers.
CHAC - offers low intrest loans for low and moderate income for first time home buyers towards th down payment and closing costs throughout Colorado. www.chaconline.org
